23 Seacraft rebuild, Charleston SC

Seams like its seacraft rebuilding season.  Another customer rebuilding a 23 seacraft.  This one is a open fisherman (center console), so no cap reworking is needed.  Stringers were water logged, so the customer cut the tops off the stringers and will be pouring new foam. Extending stringers up 2"  from stock height.  New glass will cap the stringers.
